Electrical Maintenance Services
Here at Cannon Electrical Services we understand the importance of having someone there when something goes wrong.
Many large companies may have electrical maintenance personnel on site all of the time for any issues or maintenance works. We realise this is not practical and cost effective to employ someone to be on site all the time, therefore we offer a maintenance package that will ensure you have someone in the event of an emergency and any routine maintenance work you require we will carry out for a fixed hourly charge.
When on one of our maintenance schemes we can call out to an emergency within hours to rectify your problem. When you are planning any upgrades to your electrical/safety systems there is no need to worry about hidden costs as we just charge you per hour and materials are given at cost, it cant be any more transparent than that.
All of our vehicles are fitted with a sophisticated tracking device which logs the time our engineer is on site, this is then created into an invoice- no need to worry about being overcharged.
We offer packages that also include biannual fire alarm and emergency lighting tests to keep you hassle free and up to date. PAT testing can also be incorporated if required.
Get in touch with us and we can discuss your requirements, you’ll be surprised at how little it costs. You wont have to worry about your electrical installation again.
An extract from the IET’s guidance note 3;
‘’Commercial and industrial installations come under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and formal arrangements are required for maintenance and interim routine checks; there should also be facilities to receive wear and tear reports from users of the premises.
Every installation requires maintenance from time to time, if you keep on top of yours it saves any major problems in the future as well as ensuring your installation is safe. Commercial and electrical installations should have a routine check every year (Electricity at Work Regulations 1989). We can ensure you are complying with the regulations and your installation is safe for use by your employees.
