Do you charge a fee to come out?
We do not currently charge any Dispatch Fee's to come out. Estimates are Free. In some events a small fee may be applied if you are far out of our service area.
What Payment Methods are you accepting?
We are currently accepting Checks, All Major Credit Cards & Venmo Please make Checks Payable to Cannon Electrical Services, LLC. All Credit Card payments are subject to a 3.5% Processing Fee over top of final total.
Why are my lights flickering ?
This can be a variety of things, but first you need to check if the whole house lighting is flickering or if it’s isolated into a single room. In the event it’s isolated to one room, you may have installed NEW LED bulbs on that Chandelier with the existing dimmer. Most LED bulbs will not work with traditional dimmers & You will have to do one of Three things. 1. Replace LED bulbs with normal bulbs 2. Upgrade the existing dimmer with a NEW LED-rated Dimmer. 3. Remove Dimmer & have a Normal on/off switch installed In the event the whole house is flickering, more likely than not this is a Service Issue & it may be worth contacting an Electrician BUT... a few things you should do before. 1. Check with your next-door neighbors and ask if they are having Similar symptoms. If Neighbors are experiencing Similar symptoms, this is a PECO issue. 2. Contact PECO, even if the neighbors are NOT having the same issues you’re having, contacting PECO is free! Have them check everything on their end to rule out it’s not something they can fix. If PECO has come out and told you it’s nothing on their end, give us a call!
How soon can i get someone to come out?
Depending on the type of appointment requested, (Estimates, Troubleshooting/Repairs, OR Emergencies) We can typically get someone out within the same day or up to 2 weeks from service request date. Does Cannon Electrical Services offer Warranties?
YES! Cannon Electrical Services, LLC Offers a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, We take pride and strongly stand behind our work! 5 Year Parts Warranty on all Parts Provided & Installed by Cannon Electrical Services, LLC. Expires 5 years from original Service Date, Exclusions may apply. We do not Warranty customer supplied Parts or items that we installed prior that may have been modified or tampered with by a non-Cannon Electrical Services personnel. In some unpredictable circumstances, A Service Fee may be applied on Warranty Claim Visits/Repairs. This would be brought to client’s attention at the time of service before repairs are made.
