Cannon Electrical Services, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) provides this written warranty to ensure customers receive reliable workmanship and clearly understand what is covered, for how long, and under what conditions. This policy applies to residential electrical work performed and materials supplied by Cannon Electrical Services, LLC.
STANDARD WARRANTY COVERAGE
1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty

Covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation.

Applies only to parts and equipment supplied and installed by Cannon Electrical Services, LLC.

Labor to replace manufacturer-covered parts after the first year is excluded unless otherwise stated.

Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond one year; we assist in filing manufacturer claims, but we are not responsible for manufacturer processing or approval.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Covers defects arising solely from improper installation or craftsmanship.
-
Valid for the lifetime of the installation while Cannon Electrical Services, LLC remains in business.

Warranty is void if alterations, additions, or repairs are performed by anyone other than Cannon Electrical Services, LLC.
Landscape Lighting Warranty

Lifetime warranty on fixtures, transformers, and components supplied and installed by Cannon Electrical Services, LLC.

Labor is covered for one (1) year from installation.
-
After the first year, labor charges apply unless covered under an active CannonCare™ membership.
-
Applies only to landscape lighting systems installed by Cannon Electrical Services, LLC.
OPTIONAL EXTENDED COVERAGE — CANNONCARE™ MEMBERSHIP PLANS
CannonCare™ Membership Plans may extend labor coverage and include additional services.
Potential Member Benefits:

Extended labor warranty coverage beyond the standard one-year term.

Routine maintenance and inspection visits.

Priority service scheduling.
-
Discounts on future services.
-
Emergency support options depending on membership tier.
Eligibility:

Enrollment is optional.
-
Landscape lighting plans apply only to Cannon-installed systems.

Home membership plans require a site evaluation.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does NOT cover:
-
Customer-supplied parts, fixtures, materials, or equipment.
-
Normal wear, deterioration, or cosmetic damage.
-
Failures caused by weather, lightning, power surges, flooding, fire, pests, vandalism, or acts of nature.
-
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
-
Failures caused by changes in electrical load outside the original scope.
-
Software, app connectivity, or Wi-Fi programming for smart devices.
-
Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by non-Cannon personnel.
-
Pre-existing electrical issues not corrected as part of our contracted work.
-
Underground or landscape lighting damage caused by excavation, vehicles, snow removal, or lawn services.
Additionally:

Code changes or new requirements enacted after installation are not covered.
-
Hidden or inaccessible defects not visible at the time of installation are excluded.
CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE
Coverage requires:

Full payment for services rendered.
-
Reasonable access to the installation area.
-
Notification of warranty concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

Use of equipment under normal residential conditions.
-
No unauthorized modifications or alterations.
We reserve the right to evaluate the issue prior to repair and to determine warranty eligibility.
POLICY VALIDITY, TRANSFER & MODIFICATION

Warranty remains valid only while Cannon Electrical Services, LLC is in business.

Warranty is non-transferable to new property owners without a site inspection and written approval.

We reserve the right to revise or update this warranty policy at any time.

Any revisions will apply to future installations and will not retroactively void coverage on prior completed work.
