What Is CannonCare™?

CannonCare™ is a proactive home electrical membership program from Cannon Electrical Services, LLC designed to help homeowners stay ahead of electrical problems.

 

Memberships start at $99 per year, which includes core benefits such as member service discounts, priority scheduling, and waived emergency or dispatch-related fees. Optional services such as Annual Electrical Safety Inspections and smoke alarm battery replacement can be added based on the needs of your home.

A key difference with CannonCare™ is our focus on documentation and long-term monitoring. When inspections are performed, we keep records of your electrical system’s condition so changes can be tracked over time and future maintenance can be planned.

 

Unlike companies that advertise “free inspections” mainly to upsell services, CannonCare™ focuses on honest evaluations, clear documentation, and helping homeowners understand the condition of their electrical system.

 

CannonCare™ provides a simple and affordable way to keep your home’s electrical system safer, better maintained, and prepared for the future.

An Annual Home Electrical Safety Inspection, included with select CannonCare™ memberships, allows a licensed professional to review key components of your electrical system and help identify potential concerns early—providing added safety and peace of mind.

Smoke Alarms Need Regular Maintenance
 

Smoke alarms are one of the most important safety devices in your home. Fire departments and manufacturers recommend replacing smoke alarm batteries at least once per year and replacing the entire alarm every 10 years to ensure proper operation.
 

Many homeowners forget to check or maintain their alarms regularly, which can leave a home unprotected when it matters most.
 

With select CannonCare™ memberships, we can replace your smoke alarm batteries for you during your annual visit, helping ensure your alarms stay powered and ready when you need them.

How CannonCare™ Works
 

1. Build Your Plan
Use the CannonCare™ Plan Builder to select your membership tier and optional services based on the needs of your home.

 

2. Submit Your Plan
Once you finish building your plan, click the “Email Summary” button to send your selections directly to our team. This allows us to review your requested options and prepare for activation.

 

3. Program Launch & Activation
CannonCare™ is currently accepting early enrollment requests. Once the program officially launches, Cannon Electrical Services will follow up to confirm eligibility, verify compatibility if needed, and activate your membership.

No payment is required until CannonCare™ officially launches and your selected services are confirmed.

When does CannonCare officially start?

CannonCare is currently accepting early enrollment requests. Homeowners can build their plan now using the Plan Builder. Once the program officially launches, Cannon Electrical Services will follow up to confirm eligibility and activate memberships.

What is included with the $99 CannonCare™ membership?

The $99 CannonCare™ Base Membership includes core benefits designed to provide homeowners with priority service and long-term support for their home’s electrical system.

Base membership includes:

• 5% discount on qualifying electrical services
• Priority scheduling for service appointments
• No emergency or dispatch-related fees
• Ability to add optional services such as electrical safety inspections or smoke alarm battery replacement.

Optional services can be added based on the needs of your home and are selected using the CannonCare™ Plan Builder.

Is CannonCare™ required to hire Cannon Electrical Services?

No. CannonCare™ is completely optional. It is simply a program designed for homeowners who want ongoing support and preventative care for their home’s electrical system.

What if my home needs repairs during an inspection?

If any concerns are identified during an inspection or service visit, Cannon Electrical Services will explain the findings and provide recommendations. Homeowners are never obligated to proceed with additional work.

Can I change my membership plan later?

Membership selections can be adjusted at renewal based on the needs of your home.

During the active membership term, plans generally cannot be modified. If a homeowner chooses to upgrade to a higher membership tier after activation, a tier upgrade charge may apply, along with any costs associated with additional services.

Services selected during enrollment cannot be substituted during the membership term unless otherwise approved by Cannon Electrical Services.

Do I need to pay now?

No. Submitting a plan through the Plan Builder does not require payment. Payment will only be requested once CannonCare officially launches and membership services are confirmed.

Why do some services require an onsite assessment?

Some homes may have outdated equipment or existing conditions that affect whether certain services can be performed. A quick onsite assessment may be required to verify compatibility before certain services are added to a membership.

Who is CannonCare™ best for?

CannonCare™ is ideal for homeowners who want a trusted electrician they can rely on long-term and prefer to stay proactive with their home’s electrical system rather than waiting for problems to occur.

It’s especially beneficial for homeowners who value annual electrical safety inspections and proper smoke alarm upkeep, helping ensure critical safety systems in the home are maintained and functioning properly.

CannonCare™ is also a great option for homeowners planning future electrical upgrades or projects, as members can take advantage of exclusive membership discounts and priority scheduling throughout the membership year.

What happens after I submit a plan through the Plan Builder?

Submitting a plan through the Plan Builder sends your selected options to our team. Cannon Electrical Services will review the selections and follow up with any questions, compatibility checks, or scheduling details once the program officially launches.

Do membership services cover repairs or parts?

CannonCare™ focuses on preventative care and service benefits. Repairs and replacement parts are not included as part of the standard membership services.

All CannonCare™ memberships include a service discount (5%, 10%, or 15%) depending on the selected membership tier, which can be applied to qualifying electrical services performed by Cannon Electrical Services.

Repairs are not included unless the homeowner chooses to add the Minor Repair Protection Add-On. This optional add-on provides limited repair coverage and is subject to specific limitations outlined in the CannonCare™ Terms & Conditions.
