⚖️ CannonCare™ Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 7, 2025
This policy applies to all CannonCare™ Membership Plans offered by Cannon Electrical Services, LLC.

 

🔒 General Terms

  • Memberships are billed annually and valid for 364 days from the date of payment.

  • Memberships do not auto-renew; a renewal invitation is sent prior to expiration.

  • All memberships require a pre-enrollment in-home or on-site evaluation to determine eligibility, pricing, and system requirements.

  • Home Electrical and Landscape Lighting memberships are separate and cannot be combined.
    Customers must enroll in each plan individually if they want coverage for both.

     

🔌 CannonCare™ Home Electrical Membership Terms

✅ What’s Included

  • Services vary based on tier (Basic, Premium, or Elite).

  • All plans include 1–2 visits per year, scheduled for up to 2 hours each.

  • Tasks outside the “What’s Included” list will be scheduled separately and billed accordingly.
     

🔧 Premium & Elite Plan Add-Ons (Clarified)

  • Light Bulb Replacement: (Elite Only)

    • Customer must supply bulbs

    • Covers up to 10 bulbs in fixtures mounted at 10 ft ceiling height or lower

    • Additional bulbs or excessive time spent may result in added charges

  • Smoke Detector Battery Replacement:

    • CannonCare supplies batteries for up to 10 smoke detectors

    • $10 per detector will be added to the annual membership fee for each unit over 10

    • Final total is confirmed during home evaluation

    • Example (12 smoke alarms with Premium Plan will cost $369.00 Per Year.)
       

📞 Over-the-Phone Support

  • Premium and Elite Plans include free over-the-phone diagnostic support.

    • While this service aims to help troubleshoot minor issues remotely, it is not a guaranteed repair.

    • If phone support becomes excessive or overly frequent, membership pricing may be adjusted upon renewal.
       

💲Member Discounts & Exclusions

  • 10%–15% discount on standard services depending on plan tier

  • Discounts do not apply to:

    • Work already quoted

    • Third-party parts

    • Subcontracted work

  • Parts must be supplied by Cannon Electrical Services to qualify for discounts or warranty coverage

     

🌳 CannonCare™ Landscape Lighting Maintenance Plan Terms

⚠️ Eligibility Requirements

  • Membership is only available for lighting systems installed by Cannon Electrical Services

  • Fixtures must be supplied by Cannon Electrical Services.

    • Customer-supplied lights are not eligible for warranty or maintenance under this plan
       

🔧 Basic Plan Purpose & Coverage

  • Designed to extend labor coverage on Cannon-installed systems beyond the standard 1-year labor warranty

  • Without a plan:

    • Fixtures have lifetime parts warranty

    • Labor is covered for 1 year post-installation

    • After the first year, standard labor charges apply for any service visits

  • With the Basic Plan:

    • Labor charges are waived for warranty-related repairs

    • Limited to 3 service visits per year

    • Additional visits may incur standard labor rates
       

💡 Fixture Limits

  • All Landscape Lighting Plans cover up to 10 installed fixtures

  • $10 per fixture per year applies for any fixture beyond 10

    • This fee is added to the annual membership total and confirmed after site evaluation
       

🔧 Premium & Elite Maintenance Visits

  • Premium: 1 maintenance visit per year

  • Elite: 2 maintenance visits per year

  • Tasks include:

    • Re-aiming fixtures

    • Tightening connections

    • Transformer/timer check

    • Lens cleaning (Elite only)

  • Each visit is scheduled for up to 2 hours
     

💲Member Discounts & Exclusions

  • Members receive 10% (Basic/Premium) or 15% (Elite) off all future landscape lighting services

  • Membership does not cover:

    • Lights not installed by Cannon

    • Customer-supplied parts

    • Damage due to weather, rodents, improper use, or interference from landscapers

    • Cosmetic damage, wear and tear, or system expansion
       

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy (All Plans)

  • Memberships are non-refundable after the first service is performed

  • If no service has been rendered, a partial refund may be considered upon request

  • Multiple missed appointments or abuse of membership terms may result in cancellation.
